Five Territories is an amazing combination of five different kinds of British cheese (Cheddar, Cheshire, Derby, Double Gloucester, and Red Leicester) that are layered on top of one another to create a one of a kind cheese. Most of the cheeses are fairly young so they will have a mild and buttery taste with a hint of saltiness from Cheshire along with a relatively smooth texture.
