Havarti with Caraway

Havarti Caraway is a creamy to yellowish colored semi-soft cheese with many small and irregular eyes. This rindless cheese has a soft, elastic, and slice-able consistency.  Taste is mild and buttery, slightly bitter and aromatic but sharper with age, flavored with Caraway Seeds.
