Havarti Herb is a creamy to yellowish colored semi-soft cheese with many small and irregular eyes. Consistency is soft, elastic, and slice-able. This cheese is rindless. Taste is mild and buttery, slightly bitter and aromatic but sharper with age. Havarti flavored with Herbs.
