Lye Cross Vintage Cheddar

A premium quality handmade Cheddar, slowly matured typically for fourteen months under controlled conditions to produce a distinctive, full-bodied cheddar with a strong lingering flavor.  This cheese is made using fresh milk supplied by local herds.
