Abbey Farms Queso Dip
Ingredients
2 tbsp butter, cubed
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 ½ cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
2 ½ cup Abbey Farms Creamy Havarti, shredded
1 ½ cup prepared pico de gallo, drained
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk in flour until light brown. Gradually whisk in the milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin. Bring to a boil; cook and whisk in Abbey Farms Creamy Havarti until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in pico de gallo. Serve with tortilla chips.
