Rotterdam Limited Edition is a characteristic Dutch cheese that has been matured for over 22 months.  Fully matured Rotterdam limited has intense, complex aromas and a pure long- lasting, tangy flavor. The cheese has a crumbly texture and is liberally scattered with tasty aging crystals. It’s great for a cheeseboard and delicious over pastas and salads.
