Sorella Taleggio

Sorella Taleggio has a pale orange colored rind with a fruity, salty, and slightly tangy taste and an aftertaste of truffles. It becomes increasingly full flavored and buttery with age. It’s great as pasta sauce or delicious to prepare Italian creamy risotto, on pizza, and cubed into salad with cherry tomatoes and basil. When paired with grapes and pears their juice exalts the softness and the strong and aromatic taste of Taleggio, which reciprocates accentuating the aromas of the fresh fruit.
