Mixed-Leaf Salad with Raspberries, Walnuts, and Edelblu
Ingredients
1 bag of mixed-leaf salad
1/4 cup of Bergader edelblu cheese cubes
1 1/2 cup raspberries
1 cup walnuts
Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Balsamic vinegar
Wash and drain the mixed-leaf salad. Next, wash the raspberries and break the walnuts into chunks. Put the salad together with the raspberries, walnuts, and cubes of Bergader edelblu cheese. Dress with olive oil, very little salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
