Rotterdam Matured Pizza

Ingredients 

  • Pizza dough

  • Pizza sauce

  • 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 ball of Mozzarella

  • 1 cup of Rotterdam Matured

  • 1 fennel

  • 1 cup of spicy salami

Light the pizza oven with dry wood. Take the ball of dough and spread it apart into a circle with your fingertips or use a rolling pin. Spread some tomato sauce over the pizza. Use a spoon so you can rub the sauce over the pizza with the rounded side of the spoon. Tear the mozzarella into pieces and spread over the sauce. Cut the fennel into thin stripes and divide over the pizza. Place a few slices of salami on the pizza and grate the Rotterdam Matured cheese over it. Bake the pizzas in the hot pizza oven for 5 minutes. Finish the pizza with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
