Gorgonzola & Spinach Salad

Ingredients 

  • 2 bags fresh baby spinach (5 oz each)

  • 1-pint cherry tomatoes, quartered

  • 1 ⅓ cups Sorella Mountain Gorgonzola ( 8 oz)

  • ½ cup Pine nuts, toasted

Thoroughly wash all vegetables. Place spinach into a large serving bowl. Add dressing of choice. Top with tomatoes, Sorella Mountain Gorgonzola, and pine nuts.
