Gorgonzola & Spinach Salad
Ingredients
2 bags fresh baby spinach (5 oz each)
1-pint cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 ⅓ cups Sorella Mountain Gorgonzola ( 8 oz)
½ cup Pine nuts, toasted
Thoroughly wash all vegetables. Place spinach into a large serving bowl. Add dressing of choice. Top with tomatoes, Sorella Mountain Gorgonzola, and pine nuts.
