Stuffed Burgers

Ingredients 

  • 10 oz Ground Sirloin or lean ground beef

  • ⅓ cup Finely chopped red onion

  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ¼ tsp Salt

  • ¼ tsp Pepper 

  • ½ grated Tipperary Extra Sharp Cheddar


Prepare on barbecue (medium/high heat). Combine meat, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a medium bowl & mix. Divide meat into 2 equal portions. Shape each into a ball. Poke a deep hole in each ball and fill each with half of the Tipperary Extra Sharp Cheddar. Mold meat around the cheese to enclose. Flatten each burger to a ¾ in. thick patty.
